10 am: Arrive at the reef and get ready for your first snorkelling or diving experience aboard SeaQuest.

Arriving at Divers Den and embarking on your Ocean Quest 4-Day Liveaboard adventure is easy and convenient. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth start to your trip:
Pickup Service (If Booked)
If you’ve arranged a pickup service from your city accommodation, our friendly team will collect you between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. I look forward to a comfortable ride to our dive centre.
Check-In at Dive Centre
Upon arrival at our dive centre, located at 319 Draper St, Parramatta Park QLD 4870, check in with our helpful staff. They will assist you with any necessary paperwork and ensure you have all the information you need for your journey.
Transferring to the Marina
At around 8:30 AM, we’ll set off from Cairns Marina on our day trip vessel, SeaQuest. Enjoy the scenic cruise as you head towards the breathtaking Great Barrier Reef.
Arriving at the Reef
By 10:00 AM, you’ll arrive at the reef for your first snorkelling or diving experience on SeaQuest. Get ready to explore the vibrant underwater world.
Switch to Ocean Quest:
At 2:30 PM, you’ll transfer to OceanQuest and settle into your comfortable cabin. Prepare for more incredible dives and snorkelling sessions in the coming days.

Important Booking Information:
When making a reservation with Ocean Quest, we want to ensure your experience is tailored to your preferences. In the Booking Form’s Comments Box, please indicate your choice of cabin type: Double Cabin with Private Ensuite, Twin Cabin with Private Ensuite, or Quad Share Cabin with Private Ensuite.
Additionally, let us know your preferred activity onboard, whether you’re a Certified Diver, Snorkeller, participating in the PADI Advance Course, or opting for the Introductory Dive Package. Feel free to share any other important information that will help us cater to your needs, including dietary requirements.
Terms and Conditions
- Diving Requirements: Introductory Divers must complete a Dive Medical Questionnaire to ensure they can safely scuba dive. Certain medical conditions or medications may prevent individuals from diving unless they possess a current Queensland Diving Medical Certificate. Conditions such as heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, or diabetes can be potential disqualifiers.
- Certified Divers: Certified Divers are required to provide proof of their diving qualification, either in the form of a Dive License (C Card) or Divers Logbook, to our Dive Instructor on the day of the trip. If you have lost your certification card, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to verify your diver rating before your travel date. Ocean Quest reserves the right to refuse a Certified Dive to anyone unable to prove their certification.
